200 hours Multi-style HathaYoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa flow Yoga Teacher Training has been designed by Bali Yoga Master. Yoga teachers and yoga practitioners can expand their knowledge of yoga.

Yoga students will get to know about the different aspects of yoga —Asana lab , pranayama or breathing exercise , meditation, mudra and bandha, body anatomy, yoga philosophy, spiritual bali philosophy , and the art of teaching.

200 hour yoga teacher training in Bali offers you a whole new mental / physical/ spiritual Balinese experience. Explore yoga to get to know the true self and become a qualified yoga teacher with Bali Yoga Master  200 Hours yoga teacher training course and spread the yoga teachings.

The yoga school, teacher training course will take you on the journey of personal and professional self-development.

We accept a maximum number of 15 to 20 students in the course. We ensure that the class should be conducted in pious environment and good enough to offer you a dynamic, engaging and holistic experience. This is focused on fulfilling your dream of becoming a certified and accomplished yoga teacher or deepening your Yoga practice to another level. You will be having multiple practice sessions to fine tune your teaching skills. We will ensure that at the end of the training, you will be able to lead a yoga class independently and confidently.

The whole yoga teacher training course is in English. During the course of training,  students will get to learn many new things about yoga.

Yoga philosophy

The four paths of yoga: Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, Raja yoga, Jnana yoga, yoga sutras of Patanjali – a detailed study of the text and commentary, basic concepts of Vedanta philosophy, Kundalini yoga, and Bhagavad Gita.

Teaching practice

In the last two weeks of this teacher training, students will teach each other under the guidance of experienced teachers. Creating a safe environment for the classroom, how to hold the seat of a teacher, language and tone of voice, general advice for teaching a course, teaching of basic Hatha / Vinyasa / gentle course, teaching intermediate Hatha / Vinyasa / gentle course, teaching a mixed level class, teaching a class with special emphasis, create a theme, guided relaxation techniques, hands-on assists, injury and modifications for special population, how to address challenging situations.


Breathing techniques for controlling and expanding your vital energy. This includes basic methods of breathing, methods for extending the breath-ability, kapalabhati, nadi shodan, surya bheda, ujjayi, bhastrika, sitkari, sitali, bhramari, and introduction to advanced pranayama.

Nutrition in yoga

How diet affects the brain and all the systems of the body, the impact of nutrition for the planet and the environment, the concept of ahimsa, right balance of key nutrients, suitable combination of foods, therapeutic effects of fasting, and a cooking workshop.


The morning asanas lesson is dedicated to your personal practice. The afternoon practice consists of your practice and the teaching of how to teach others. The daily in-depth practice includes:
