At Bali Yoga Master, we have designed 100hours Hatha Yoga by incorporating the traditional teachings techniques. We have included yoga teachings of ancient & modern to our curriculum. This 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is recommended for those yoga learners who wants to deepen their knowledge and self-practice.

The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bali Yoga Master,  yoga students will learn about hatha yoga, yoga postures or asanas, pranayama (breathing practices), yoga philosophy, meditation, yoga nidra, yin yoga, body anatomy, ayurvedic, etc.

This is focused on fulfilling your dream of becoming a certified and accomplished yoga teacher or deepening your Yoga practice to another level. You will be having multiple practice sessions to fine tune your teaching skills also.
