Throught this program will be coaching with yoga and holistic life style with balancing between body, emotional, mental and spiritual life. You will be guided living positively on daily life how to wake up in the morning, meditate, breathing exercise, yoga, how to eat, how to sleep, how to everything you need and etc. Putting wellness into action by Expert Health mentors. Coaching two times a week about 2 hours consultation, talking and exercise.
