Bali Hatha Yoga

Bali hatha (1 Hour)

This style of yoga is based on a combination of classical Surya Namaskara, and integrayes asanas and pranayama (breathwork). Balinese Hatha is open to all levels. The Bali Yoga Master community teaches this style with an attention to detail, patience, and focus on proper alignment, adjustment are given to ensure proper posture and alignment of body anatomy.
